Is there a lobby area or waiting room in your car detailing shop?
Yes, our air conditioner car detailing shop has plenty of space for our guests to wait for their vehicle. We offer free expressos, water bottles, soda cans and have a clean restroom available as well as Wi-Fi for our guests. The space is large and you will be able to see while we work on your vehicle. Our guest normally complement our music and we also offer you access to Hulu, Netflix, You-tube and ESPN.
Do I need to tip my detailer?
It is customary in the United States to tip your detailer. We do not require or add a tip on the price, however.
The tip amount is up to you, but we really appreciate your generosity since it helps us keep the prices down and our detailers motivated.
What method of payment do you accept ?
Virtually every method of payment. Cash, credit cards of all types, debit cards, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, and Apple pay. No checks for now.

What if I am not happy with the detail?
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with your service we want to fix it. Therefore, we always ask to check your car before you leave. if there is something you don’t like, tell us. However; we understand that it is not easy to complaint sometimes directly to your detailer. If you do not want to complaint directly with the person that worked on your car ask for Diana Ghersy, our customer service manager. If you wish another detailer to be assigned to you to fix the issue she will do that for you. The same goes for our mobile service.
Is there a mobile car detailing service available?
For your convenience, Car Detox offers a mobile detailing service in the greater Orlando area. We charge a flat fee of $12 plus $0.58 cents per mile to and from the shop. For example; if your home or office is 10 miles from our shop, you would pay an additional $11.60 for mileage plus another $12 for the flat fee. This will total your detailing amount plus $23.60.
Do you sell detailing products?
Yes, with over 16 years of experience car detox have selected the best brands that work for us and we sell it to our clients who may be interested on upkeeping their cars by themselves. we can answer the most difficult detailing questions on your DIY projects. We are also Orlando’s Nasiol distributor so we offer a wide variety of Nano coating products for cars, boats, houses, industrial equipment and personal use.
What should I do the day of my appointment?
First, it is a good idea to remove objects from areas you want clean in your car. Empty it out if possible. Always make sure to give us your car key during the duration of your car detailing.
For mobile appointments, we will let you know we are on our way. In some cases, we are behind on our schedule. When this happens, we are going to make sure to let you know. If this is a problem, you can definitely reschedule.
It is always good to allow a good 2 hour block around your appointment time in case we are behind or ahead of schedule. Also, let us know if you do not have water and electricity available in your house or work. We may have to change the date and time of your appointment if that is the case. Or in some cases, we may have to drive your vehicle to our shop.
