How Membership Plans Work?
The ceramic coating on the exterior is required to qualify for the ceramic unlimited membership plans. However, we do not require that you had the ceramic installed by us.
For Larger Cars Add $10 to the Silver, $15 to the Gold or $20 to the prestige packages. Jacked up trucks or Commercial vehicles will be quoted differently.
1. Valid one car detail per day for designated vehicles only. Commercial / Fleet vehicles do not qualify for our ceramic coating membership plan. It also excludes all mobile services.
2. Customer is welcome to upgrade their wash or may add a detail package, by paying the difference. Prices for such
additional services will be provided when the such package is ordered.
3. Customers must have their Membership card when getting the service
4. Member must notify Car Detox Orlando of any change in vehicle ownership immediately. Moreover, to transfer the membership to the new car you have to apply the ceramic coating with us.
5. Valid credit card is required to participate in the program.
6. Member agrees that the credit card they provide will be charged the selected monthly membership fee and will
be automatically charged to the customer’s credit card on the first of each month. Monthly membership fees will be
prorated based on the activation date.
7. In the event that the customer wishes to cancel the program, the client can call or cancel in person.
8. If participation is canceled there will be no prorated refund for the remaining month.
9. It is the customer’s full and sole responsibility to contact Car Detox Orlando to give notification
about any changes of contact or billing information. Contact our management team onsite.
10. Please provide at least seven (7) working days before your billing date for the cancellation of the program to take effect.
11. In the event that Car Detox Car Detailing is unable to charge a customer’s credit /debit card due to an
the expiration date on the credit/debit or other change in information, then the customer’s participation in the
the program will be suspended and his/her pass de-activated until payment is made.
12. Vehicles must conform to Car Detox standards. Modifications outside of our standards to
existing customers’ vehicles may require program termination. Please see the manager for confirmation that the vehicle
meets standards.
13. No other coupons or special offers may be combined with the unlimited plans at any time. The additional discount that members cannot be combined either. Therefore, if the coupon or discount for extra service is higher than the member discount the member will use only that coupon.
14. Pricing and Terms & Conditions are subject to change at any time without notice.
16. Car Detox Orlando reserves the right to terminate any unlimited pass at any time without notice.
16. Unlimited pass is not available for taxis, limos, or other fleet accounts.
17. No refunds for days that we close early or do not open due to weather or equipment maintenance
18. The Unlimited Wash Club Program cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts.
Absolutely, we love when you buy car wash gift cards from us.
We are sure you will love our car detailing maintenance service. However, things happen. We have had members that move out of state, for example. Therefore, if you need to cancel you can do so in person or over the phone.
We are offering us the most vital services and what should be done at a minimum. However, Car Detox Orlando offers a wide range of services you may want to add to the car wash. We offer paint correction, clay bar process, interior shampoo, chemical decontamination, paint protection film, ceramic coating, window tinting, paint correction, interior shampoo, fabric stain removal, headliner cleaning, and interior surfaces coating and protection to name a few.
The memberships do not include mobile appointments. However, We offer our members 10% off mobile appointments as well as on any upgrade.
Yes, if you refer your friends and family we will give you $20 credit for each person that becomes a member. You can use this credit to get any of our detailing products or extra services.
Yes, for our unlimited plans it is required to pay automatically.
