Window Tinting for Heat Reduction in Orlando

You may know that your window film can offer you UV protection from the sun. What you may not know is that Car Detox can offer you the latest in the technology of window films. We offer only the best window tinting for heat reduction and total solar energy reduction. Now imagine the sun is heating you directly, and instead of feeling 100% of that heat like you do with traditional window tinting, you feel only 30% of it. Your driving experience will be very different.

Now, what if you already have window tinting in your car? well, we can actually remove it. However, if your tint is in good shape and you want a darker tone we can install the window film over your original film adding an extra layer of protection that prevents heat from coming to your car.

Why Should I get my Window Tinted?

You might want to consider tinting your vehicle’s windows for several reasons:

  • First, it will help protect your interior from fading and cracking caused by sunlight exposure.
  • Second, it will improve your visibility when driving at night.
  • Third, it will make your vehicle more aerodynamic, which will improve gas mileage.
  • Fourth, it will help prevent glare from entering your eyes while driving.
  • Fifth, it will help block out harmful UV rays.
  • Sixth, it will help reduce noise pollution.
  • Finally, our window films will help reduce your vehicle’s emissions.

Tinted windows can preserve interior materials like your seats and dashboard to fade and cracking. Hence, it will extend the life of your car’s interior, therefore this makes Window tinting a great investment.

Windows Tinting FAQ

  • Windshield: Non-reflective tint is allowed above the manufacturer’s AS-1 line.
  • Front Side windows: Must allow more than 28% of light in.
  • Back Side windows: Must allow more than 15% of light in.
  • Rear Window: Must allow more than 15% of light in.

Of course! Car Detox can even wash and detail your car if you wish. Since your window tint is applied on the inside of your car windows, it won’t be affected by washing or weather.

Both types of films that Car Detox Orlando used have a great level of IR energy rejection. This means that your car will be cooler on the inside, and your AC’s air will feel cooler as well.

Metallic window film interferes with signals and can make electronics not properly work. However, at Car Detox Orlando we only use nano carbon and nano ceramic tint. Therefore, tinting your car with us would not cause any disruptions.

• We recommend using a soft microfiber towel with a bit of water.
• Do not use ammonia-based products as they could react with the film chemicals.
• Use ammonia-free products or soap and water if water alone is not enough.

• Allow it to completely dry for 5 days before rolling the windows. (Film could peel)
• DO NOT roll windows, squeegee, prod, or poke any water blisters.
• Your film could take up to 30 days to cure. During this time, the windows will appear hazy and there will be small water pockets caused by moisture trapped between the film and the glass forming some type of blisters.

If they are too dark you may get pulled over by the police. Know your legal tint shades here
